All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Snehajeet Pratishthan does not store card, UPI, or net banking credentials on its servers.
Donations are generally non-refundable as they are utilized for charitable purposes. In case of genuine duplicate transaction or technical error, please write to snehajeetpratishthan@gmail.com within 7 days with proof of payment. Verified cases will be refunded within 10-15 working days.
If an amount is debited but confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact us with the transaction reference number for verification and resolution.
When you donate, register for training, or contact us, we may collect: name, phone number, email address, postal address, PAN (for 80G receipts), and payment transaction details.
Collected information is used solely to process donations, issue tax receipts, manage training/volunteer registrations, communicate program updates, and comply with legal requirements (including CSR-1, 12A, 80G, and DPDP Act 2023).
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be shared with payment gateway providers (solely for transaction processing) and government authorities where legally required.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data. Payment information is processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store full card/UPI credentials.
